Looking for Motorola Droid spyware?

If you’ve been searching for spyware for Motorola’s Droid cell phone, there are a few important things you should be aware of, otherwise you might get scammed.  There are a lot of companies selling cell phone spyware online, but unfortunately most of companies selling cell phone spyware are selling software that simply does not work. Here is a breakdown of the products that work, and the ones to stay away from.

DROID SPYWARE. WHAT WORKS?

At the time of this post (January 8, 2010), there are only two spy phone vendors selling Droid spyware. As you probably are aware, the Droid runs on the Android OS. Most of the spy phone software vendors only support the cell phones with a much larger user base such as BlackBerry, iPhone, Symbian, & Windows Mobile.  As the popularity of Android cell phones increase, we’ll start to see more spy phone companies target Android devices, but so far only two companies have spy phone software compatible with Android cell phones such as the Droid.

MobiStealth (www.mobistealthSPY.com) is the “new kid” on the block.  They just recently launched their Android spy software to the public. I was following these guys for a while during their beta phase and was impressed how much time they dedicated to beta testing. They constantly were seeking out people who wanted to beta test their software. This shows me that they were serious about quality, which is impressive considering the importance of hitting the market before too many other competitors. Now that they are out of beta, their software seems to be the real thing. I’ve not had a chance to personally test out their Android spy software, but from what I’ve been hearing, it’s probably one of the most advanced that has come around in a long time. If you are looking for Droid spyware with lots of cool features not offered by other spy phone vendors, you will be impressed with what MobiStealth has been able to achieve.

• Secretly listen to recorded calls. MobiStealth will record your target’s cell calls so you can listen to them at a later date.

DROID SPYWARE. WHAT DOES NOT WORK?

Whatever you do, STAY AWAY from all the companies selling bluetooth mobile phone spy software. These products do not work as advertised. The software is being sold under many different names such as E-Stealth, Big Daddy Spy, Cell Spy Pro, Ultimate Bluetooth Mobile Phone Spy, and more.  If you know anything about bluetooth, you can see right away that their ads are highly deceptive. They say things such as “no range limitation” and “no installation required on the target device” etc. etc. etc.  Well sorry but bluetooth DOES have a range limitation, and yes you wont have to install anything on the target device, but you DO have to “pair” up the devices, which means you’ll still have to access the target phone. SUMMARY

Droid spyware does exist and its available by two spy phone vendors that sell spy phone software specifically for Android devices. However, there are a ton of products out there that promise to work on any cell phones , but unfortunately their spy phone products do not work as advertised. If you are looking for Droid spyware, stick with either Mobile Spy or MobiStealth.
